How to Reach Fullimedia

Fullimedia is an internationally distributed newsroom. Our editors and writers work from Bogotá, London, Los Angeles, Medellín, Madrid, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Toronto, and Santiago. There is no single walk-in office, and we prefer it that way: a distributed team covers more ground, reflects a wider set of perspectives, and stays closer to the stories we follow across five continents.

Email is the right way to reach us. We have dedicated addresses for different purposes, and routing your message correctly gets you a faster response. We aim to reply to all substantive correspondence within three to five business days. Pitches and corrections receive priority handling.

Editorial, Pitches, and Story Tips

For general editorial correspondence, original reporting tips, and freelance story pitches, write to [email protected]. Your message will reach editor-in-chief Carlos Mendoza and the relevant section editor. If your pitch is beat-specific, it helps to name the section in your subject line.

We take tips seriously. If your tip involves sensitive documents or you prefer additional security, ask for our SecureDrop arrangement in your first message and we will respond with options. Anonymous tips are accepted; named sources who agree to be quoted on record are always preferred.

Corrections

Fullimedia corrects its work publicly and promptly. If you believe we have published something factually wrong, outdated, or misleading, please email [email protected] with the URL of the article, the specific claim you believe is wrong, and the evidence or source that supports a correction. You can also find our full corrections log at /corrections/.

We do not remove accurate reporting on request, and we do not alter published work without a logged, transparent correction. This is non-negotiable. Rule 4 of our editorial standards requires us to correct stale work in public, not in the dark.

Press and Partnerships

For press inquiries, syndication questions, and editorial partnership discussions, email [email protected] with “Press” in the subject line. Carlos Mendoza handles media relations directly. We respond to press inquiries within two business days when possible.

Advertising

Fullimedia accepts display advertising that is clearly labelled and does not influence editorial decisions. We refuse sponsored content, native advertising formatted to resemble news, and paid placement of any kind. Our advertising policy is published openly because transparency about revenue is part of the trust we are trying to build.
