DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated June 9, 2026

Last updated: 2026.

Our Commitment to Copyright

Fullimedia respects intellectual property rights and expects others to do the same. All original editorial content published on Fullimedia — including articles, bylines, headlines, and commissioned images — is the copyright property of Fullimedia, 2026. We take infringement of both our own rights and the rights of third parties seriously.

A note on fair quotation: We actively welcome brief, attributed quotation of Fullimedia content. Quoting a sentence or short paragraph from one of our articles, with a clear credit to Fullimedia and a hyperlink back to the original URL, is fair use and is the kind of engagement we appreciate. What we do not permit is wholesale reproduction of our articles without permission. If you are unsure whether your intended use is acceptable, email [email protected] before publishing.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content appearing on Fullimedia infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. To be valid, your notice must include all of the following elements as required by § 512(c)(3):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed — for example, the title of an article, photograph, or other work, along with a URL or publication reference for the original if it is publicly accessible.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: the specific URL(s) on Fullimedia where the allegedly infringing content appears. General references to “the whole site” are not sufficient; you must identify the specific page(s).
  3. Your contact information: your full legal name, postal address, email address, and telephone number.
  4. Good-faith statement: a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury: a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Signature: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.

Where to Send Your Notice

Send completed DMCA takedown notices to our designated agent by email:

Designated Agent — Copyright / DMCA
Email: [email protected]

Please include “DMCA Takedown Notice” in the subject line. Notices that do not include all required elements listed above may not be acted upon. Notices submitted in bad faith, or that misrepresent that material is infringing, may expose the sender to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

We aim to acknowledge valid notices within five business days and to act on confirmed valid notices promptly.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that content you submitted or that relates to you was removed from Fullimedia as a result of a mistaken or misidentified takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). A valid counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the specific content that was removed or disabled, and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Fullimedia may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown notice.

Send counter-notifications to: [email protected] with “DMCA Counter-Notification” in the subject line.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original claimant and, unless the claimant initiates a court action within the statutory period, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat-Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, and in our sole discretion, Fullimedia will disable access or take other appropriate action against users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. We maintain records of takedown notices and responses in order to identify and act on patterns of infringement.

Fullimedia’s Own Copyright
